Karn has been studying, exploring, and teaching spiritual beliefs, metaphysical principles, and healing concepts since the early 1980's.  She has facilitated more than a thousand sessions for an international clientele since the early 1990’s and has taught in both the U.S. and Canada.  

Working with energy as an acute 'sensitive' and intuitive, she utilizes a combination of healing modalities to effect change and transformation in her clients.  Her speciality is conducting past life (multidimensional) empowerment sessions which assist in releasing emotional blockages and healing ongoing issues.

Her greatest joy is helping her clients strengthen their connection to their own guidance and facilitating their remembrance of themselves as beautiful and powerful divine beings. 

Having lived all over the United States through the years, she was able to study with some wonderful teachers and many diverse groups involved in healing, spiritual studies, and metaphysical practices.  These included connecting with angelic energies, guides, and past lives; accelerating channeling and intuitive abilities; exploring spiritual growth and shamanic beliefs; studying the rich spiritual practices of various indigeous cultures; and developing a greater awareness of esoteric metaphysical principles. As part of her quest to find a greater understanding of truth and spirituality overall, she has also explored religions, alchemy, astrology, the paranormal, numerology, and sacred geometry. 

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree with studies in both behavioral sciences and organizational management, and a Master's degree in International Management focusing on cross-cultural understanding of behaviors, customs, and languages. 

She found that her international business travels seemed to be perfectly 'orchestrated' since they often led to wonderful spiritual synchronicities occurring such as meeting an Aromatherapist in Japan while having to detour due to a typhoon, staying on the only street in The Hague, Netherlands, where there was a metaphysical center, or conducting business negotiations in Canada across from someone who would invite her to do sessions, teach Reiki and conduct other classes in Toronto. 

She is a Speaker, Trainer, Writer, certified Intuitive Counselor, Energy Facilitator, and certified Reiki Master-Teacher with lineage in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho method.  She has also received Attunements in Karuna, Seichim, and Sacred Flames Reiki. 

She travels and feels she has been on a spiritual-nomadic journey for the past decade, alternating between doing business projects while continuing her passion of writing, teaching, and giving talks. She has spent much of her time the last several years in both the greater Washington, D.C., area and Florida, although more recently, she has also spent time back out West and in the midwestern parts of the country.
