My exposure to different countries and cultures over the years has only served to confirm my belief that all teachings and wisdom, whether from the east or west, common or esoteric, come from only One Divine Source.
One of my most memorable and spiritually enriching trips was when I traveled with a small group to Egypt and Israel in 2000 to usher in the new energies arriving during the summer solstice in what was referred to as a “Stargate Opening”.
The trip was led by Adrian Gilbert, an English author I met while attending his lecture at the Edgar Cayce Foundation in Virgina Beach. Adrian has written numerous books such as The Orion Mystery, The Mayan Prophecies, Magi, and Signs in the Sky among others. The Stargate trip took us to many incredible places while providing some unforgettable opportunities:
While inside the largest* pyramid on earth on the Giza plateau, Khufu (aka Cheops), Karn believes it was orchestrated for her to be able to take two other trip members (also Reiki practitioners), and separate from the rest of the group who were busy elsewhere. Together they were then able to send healing energies for greater planetary peace and understanding in both the King and Queen's Chambers without interruption.
* (Some disagreement exists among historians since the Mexican Cholula pyramid has a largertotal volumeand the oldest pyramids are actually found in Peru.)
In the Queen’s Chamber, Karn went into an expanded state and experienced the amazing feelings and remembrance of total peace and being one with everyone and everything. It was so incredibly beautiful that her guidance had to instruct her three times to return before she was willing to do so.
She was also able to slip in and do a very quick and simple prayer for healing at the 'Rock of Abraham' in the basement of the Dome of the Rock.

On the final day of the trip in Israel, the group was scheduled to visit the Church of the Ascension, the reported place of Christ's final ascent. Before going, Karn received a vision of what was to happen and shared it with some of the trip members. Later when it occurred, she was asked to comment on it.

The video has been shown different times in South Africa (first in 2001), although it has yet to be shown in the U.S. Karn was also able to do singing, which she loves, in the Red Pyramid in Dashur which can be heard in the background in a portion of the video. This is how Adrian Gilbert explained the true significance of the stargate trip:
“. . . of what was to be seen in terms of Hermeticism, Esoteric Christianity and the Kabbalah. This was not all, however, for the guests visited the pyramids and Jerusalem at a time when certain signatures in the sky indicated that something very important is soon to happen in the history of the earth and the on-going process of mankind's development. We were, therefore, bearing witness on earth to these events in the sky: the occasion of the "opening of a stargate". This is something that only happens once every 13,000 years and it marks the true beginning of the "New Age". By participating in this event in a conscious way, we were acting in accordance with the Hermetic philosophy, as taught in Egypt, 'As Above, so Below'.”
